Thiruvananthapuram : Malayali students arriving by evacuation planes arranged by the Centre shall be fetched from Delhi and Mumbai back to Kerala by the state govt free of cost, said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Saturday.
Steps have been taken to procure in advance the list of Malayali arrivals. The Resident Commissioner and NORKA officials will take care of arrangements to receive students at the airports and ensure convenient journey to their homes. The District Collectors have been entrusted with the receiving and transportation arrangements for students arriving at Thiruvananthapuram airport, said CM.
