Palakkad: A man in Palakkad’s Shornur set his wife on fire reportedly after the couple had a domestic quarrel. The victim, Kunuthara native Lakshmi, is admitted to hospital with severe burns.
The tragic incident took place last night. Police said they will take victim testimony after Lakshmi’s health condition improves. The husband, Hemendra, too sustained burn injuries and is being treated at the hospital.
