Born without arms, the Alathur native Pranav, is a painter. It is money earned from television reality shows that, Pranav passed over to CM using foot, in place of the hands he lacked.
Pranav rejoiced the moment by shooting a selfie with the minister, again using his versatile foot.
My parents are my hands in life, said Pranav, who reached the CM’s office alongside his father Balasubramaniam and mother Swarnakumari. MLA K. D. Prasanan had accompanied them.
There is cent percent faith of this govt being there for the differently abled, said Pranav.
This charity is of enormous value, said the Chief Minister as he accepted Pranav’s donation.
A graduate from Chittoor govt college, Panav is attending classes for PSC exams.
The chief minister recalled the touching rendezvous, at the opening of the Assembly session.
