Thiruvananthapuram : Known for sensationalising hearsays to extreme proportions, Shajan Scaria -the owner of Marudadan Malayali, has raked up some sensation on himself this time around. Cyber police registered case against Shajan over falsified propaganda by creating derogatory images of Bineesh Kodiyeri’s picture through editing.
Based on complaint lodged by Bineesh Kodiyeri, Shajan has been slapped with charges including the IPS sec 469.
Context : Shajan shared on his Facebook page a doctored picture that showed Bineesh Kodiyeri posed with a liquor bottle. The post was titled “KVAT - Kerala’s Own Vatt(Hooch).”
