Thiruvananthapuram: LDF protests across the districts today marked beginning of mass agitation against Centre using its agencies to overturn proud developmental projects progressing in the state. Over 25 lakh people took part in protests that commenced Monday evening at over 25 lakh booth centres lasting up to 6 pm. Each site saw a minimum of 100 participants.
The protests are aimed to reflect public resistance against central agencies breaching their investigation limits and advancing to hamper developments ongoing around the state.
