May We Not Lose Sight Of Taliban Editions Here ;Those Hand-chopping, neck hhacking outfits of Kerala

Kozhikode : As Taliban’s flag of terror sways over the fractious nation close to our borders, cries and scars caused by Talibanism   haunt quite  some minds here. Islamic terror outfits patterned after Taliban, that worship Bin Laden and Mullah Omar, function as its local editions in Kerala. Enamoured by Taliban conquest are Sangh Parivar modeled terror outfits of NDF,  SDPI  and Jamaat-e-Islam. With perpetrations such as hand-chopping, neck hacking and other execution styles, they perpetrated  Kerala edition of Talibanism here.

Terrorists who chopped Prof. Joseph’s palms, groups that traffick slaves to Syria,  those luring girls into terror organizations…the growth of these disruptive forces that bolster RSS have been stunted largely from high vigil shown by the secular Left in state.

The Palm-chopping Experiment
Islamic terrorists in state had launched their Taliban model experiment  back in 2010. At the time, the assailants chopped Prof TJ Joseph’s right palm for what they claimed was ‘insulting the prophet’. In Taliban styled attack, the Popular Front goons dragged Joseph out of his house and chopping his right palm with an axe and hacking his right leg.

“I don’t Want To Attend His Funeral”
At the front yard of her home in Kannur’s Mathanapally,   a heartbroken mother had cried saying “I do not want to attend his funeral.” The mother, Safina,  was referring to her son Faiaz's death -  a terror recruit, slain in by Indian army in an encounter in Kashmir. Killed by the military in that encounter of 2008 were Faiz from Kannur’s Thayatheruvil, Abdul Raheem fromParapanangadi, Muhamad Yaseen from Ernakulam’s Vennala.

The infamous gang comprising Thandiyantveed Nazir from Kannur city’s  Markarkandi,,  Ibrahim Moulavi from Wayanad’s Padinjaraytharrayil  and Muhammad Sabilr from Marakarkandi in Kannur  were engaged in recruiting and transport of new  terror recruits  to training centres in order to shape up a mini terror force in Kannur. Of the three, NIA had nabbed Thadianthant Nazir, whlle Ibrahim Moiulavi and Marakaakandi Muhabad Sabir took refuge with Pak army.

Popular Front\s “Green Valley” in Manjeri functioned as planning centre for all kinds of terror activities. CITU leader Shamsu Punnakkal was hacked to near death by NDF criminals on 15th January 2001 in broad daylight. His demise on 7th of November last year was had result of the wounds inflicted in that violence.
