Palakkad : After 30 years of Congress dominance, LDF took over reins of Milma Malabar Regional Co-op Dairy Union, in a sweeping majority.
In the election held 7 Feb, LDF bagged 9 out of 13 seats, while Congress won four. KS Mani was elected Chairman to the union. Mani is president of Diary Society at Ennapadam and has been member of Milma Malabar Regional Coop Diary Union from 2003 – 2008 and served as member of its Administrative Committee since August 2019 – February 2019.
