Thiruvananthapuram: Students at Manacaud Girls Higher Secondary School Education were welcomed to their first day classes by Minister V Sivankutty, Transport Minister Antony Raju and Civil Supplies Minister GR Anil.
Except for taluks of Nedumangad and Kattakkada where school holidays were announced owing to heavy rains, classes have commenced for all in the district, said Minister V Sivankutty.
Announcement will be made on 23rd with regard to arrangement of new batches following which, the 2nd and 3rd allotment list shall be published. There has been no difficulty encountered so far with regard to conduct of classes at schools or health of the children, the minister added.
