Thiruvananthapuram : The two sections of communal forces must end their politics of mutual murder designed to destroy peace in Kerala, said CPI(M) Secretariat in a statement.
People and their families with faith in secularism should come to the fore in vigil and awareness to thwart the rival communal entities from turning Kerala into blood pool. Kerala, under LDF, is country's best state in terms of law and order and the communal forces seek to somehow destroy the state's harmony. Their aim is to create deep divisions that will lead to communal rioting in the state and they abuse social media toward their purpose.
The two murders committed within hours of one another in Alappuzha throws up challenge to humanity and peaceful living. While RSS men hacked to death SDPI State Secretary Shan after hitting his scooter with car, the SDPI had its men barging into BJP leader’s house within hours and slaying him. These killings point to deeper conspiracy to destroy peace existential in the state.
Quick police response and action to these incidents proved to be a respite. The Chief Minister’s proclamation to bring to justice all culprits and conspirators involved in the killings is indicative of the government’s decisive move against communal forces and miscreants. There is a degree of bemusement however on how the murderous forces are criticising governance on the side.
BJP national President JP Naddha’s statement claiming Kerala as lawless landw brings to light the overall gameplan. Incidentally, one can hear echoes of BJP sentiment in responses let on by Congress leaders, said CPI(M) State Secretariat in its statement.
