Oppn. Unconcerned Even If State Be Plunged Into Dark; Central Agencies Colluding To Create Fake Evidences: A. Vijayaraghavan

Thiruvananthapuram:  The Opposition is adopting anti-state stance, unconcerned even if narrow political thinking plunges the state into the dark, said A. Vijayaraghavan, in charge of CPI(M) state secretarial function now. The narrow politics embraced by Opposition now does not want development for the state. Both Congress and BJP share that attitude which is why, we shall expose their anti-development ploys to the public at large. The LDF will discuss these aspects in=depth, said Vijayaraghavan at the  press conference held in the capital.

The Left is contemplating to unify people and conduct protests against such anti-welfare and development plots, in coming days. The central agencies are engaged in subverting state governments  by breaching  limits. By such act,  the BJP at centre is hinting its strategy to buy leaders in places  where Congress is in power. Incidentally, several Congress governments have fallen prey to that ploy.

Kerala is an altogether different story. Purchase of MLAs would not be possible to topple governance here. Hence the strategy resorted to is, misuse central agencies to meet their dubious goal. The controversy over extending ED head’s tenure is indicative of this. Our nation is one that uses central agencies to corner political opponents. CPI(M) All-India Secretary Sitaram Yechury has said that before.

Multiple central agencies are all colluding to frame fake evidences against state leadership. CPI(M) is certain that people of Kerala will resist these malicious efforts and stand by the government. UDF has grown politically weak in Kerala.  Kerala Congress and  LJD broke away. The front is clearly disappointed and gravitating toward wrong politics to cope up with the loss.

Muslim League has forged alliances with fundamentalists. And coming days will bring to light the murky details of their secret pact with BJP. Two  League MLAs are currently facing charges for unlawful activities  - an example of the rot that runs deep in UDF.

Secularism is Kerala’s strength. The state has been transformed to becume a hub of self-confidence. And, that’s one of LDF’s marked achievements.  Therefore, with backing from public  the government will launch strong campaign and protests to push back anti-development moves unleashed upon the state, A Vijayaraghavan said at the press meet.
