Alappuzha : Where there is a will, there is a wedding – the new adage was etched by a couple in Alappuzha where, undeterred by flooded roads, the bride and groom sailed in bronze vessel to tie their nuptial knot.
The incident took place at Thalavadi temple in Alappuzha, where surroundings became submerged from heavy rains. So the wedding could be solemnised in the slated muhurtham(auspicious time), Rahul and Aiswarya sailed to the temple in a bronze vessel and had their rituals performed afloat.
