Panthinrankavu Case : High Court NIA To Submit Final Report From Trial Court

Kochi : The High Court on Friday granted bail to Alan Shuhaibh and Thaha in Panthirankavu case and ordered the National Investigation Agency(NIA) to produce before it, the final report from the trial court in the matter. Justices A Hariprasad and K Haripal gave the ruling in an appeal submitted by the NIA opposing the trial court’s bail to the duo.

NIA argued the trial court had allowed them bail despite its acknowledgement of prima facie evidence and records that pointed to the men’s maoist links.
