Kochi: Failing to obtain selection seat, PC Thomas quit NDA. He will now merge with PJ Joeph's Kerala Congress.
Post the merger, PJ Joseph will be the party Chairman, PC Thomas the Deputy chairman and Mons Joseph the Vice Chairman. The announcement of merger came at a meeting held in Kaduthuruthi.
At the meeting, Thomas said, NDA did not accord him the consideration he deserves. The party had allotted 4 seats last time but none this time around. Post the merger, the party will apply for cycle symbol for its candidates, he said.
