Pathanamthitta : BJP leader who circulated fake picture of MP A.A. Rhim has been arrested. Arrested in the non-bailable case is Aranmula Kota native, Aneesh. He set forth a a fake photo that showed Rahim seated in Monson Mavunkal’s house.
The picture first surfaced as profile picture on a Congress worker Nishad’s Facebook page. Later, Congress and BJP workers quickly latched on for wide circulation. Rahim filed a complaint with the Thrissur City Police. During investigations police identified Aneesh as the perpetrator and arrested him from his house in Aranmula.
