Palakkad : The team investigating murder of RSS worker Sanjith from Mamaram, have submitted chargesheet in the crime. The document puts political enmity as motive for the crime.
There are a total of 20 accused persons, all of who are SDPI leaders and workers. Chargesheet has been submitted against 10, currently under arrest.
On the fateful day of 15 November in 2021, Sanjith was ambushed by SDPI workers in Elapully while traveling with his wife on bike. The gang pulled him away hacked him to death in broad daylight.
