Kayamkulam : Retired DYSP K. Harikrishnan who investigated Solar Scam was found dead on rail tracks. The body was discovered on tracks east to the Rampuram temple.in Kayamkulam.
The loco pilot who spotted the body informed police who arrived at the scene and identified the cop. His car was found parked a short distance away from where he lay.
Harikrishnan, a Harippad native, had probed Solar scam while posted in Perumbavoor. According to sources, there was a note found in one of his pockets although police are yet to confirm the authenticity of the writing.
