Thiruvananthapuram : A running KSRTC bus catches fire in Thiruvananthapuram at Chembakamangalam. The bus - a Ordinary KSRTC - was headed to Thampanoor from Aatingal. The driver noticed smoke rise in the interior and quickly stopped the bus, letting out passengers. None are hurt. The bus went up in flames shortly after. The firefighting team arrived at the scene and are working to douse the flames.
