Tirur : SDPI worker whose rap sheet includes murder charges has been prohibited from entering the district under Kerala Atrocities Preventive Act(KAPA). The accused is Sabunuli(38) - a native of Alathoor’s Parperi Alukkal.
Thrissur Range DIG mounted KAPA charges based on report from the district’s Police Chief. Sabinuli has an extensive criminal history and in Tirur station limits, faces charges of murder, attempted murder, robbery, assault criminal intimidation and crime against women Based on the report from the office of District Police Chief, Sabinuli is barred from entering Malappuram for a period of one year. If there arises a compelling need to travel into the district, he must take prior consent from the District Police Chief.
