Thiruvananthapuram : Veteran CPI(M) leader and former CITU state vice president, SS Potti, passed away aged 92. He was also the founder president of General Insurance Employees Union and fought on frontlines of CITU union for workers’ rights in Thiruvananthapuram.
The end came at his home in Palayam owing to age-related ailments. Funeral at Shantikavadam at 4 pm.
