Kochi : Governor's recklessness goes for a toss yet again. The High Court on Friday quashed Arif Muhammad Khan’s action of expelling Senate members of the Kerala University.
The court acknowledged petitioner’s citation that the expulsion was indeed illegal. The verdict was handed by Bench comprising Justice Satish Nainan. Earlier, the court had repealed Governor’s action of suspending decisions of the KTU Syndicate.
