Kochi : The High Court on Friday restored culpability for IAS officer Sriram Venkitraman in his killing of Mangalam journalist KM Basheer by crashing car onto bike in drunken driving.
Earlier, the Thiruvananthapuram First Class Additional Magistrate Court had dropped culpable homicide charges against Sriram following his plea to that effect.
