Thiruvananthapuram : Health Minister Veena George on Saturday ordered specialised care for the 12-year-old in Kottayam Medical College who was bitten y dog. A Medical Board, by coordinating the various departments, shall be set up urgently, the minister added. The ministers instructions were relayed to the medical education department.
