Shifting Capital : K Sudhakaran Speaks In Support Of Hibi Eden

Thiruvananthapuram : KPCC President K Sudhakaran supported Hibi Eden in the capital-shift controversy. There’s nothing wrong in what Hibi said; It is his personal opinion and there’s no need to blame him for it, said Sudhakaran.

Hibi is an MP. May be he expressed that view based on regional development. It is possible to consider the issue only after taking public interest into account, said Sudhakaran to the media, adding hat there is no need for further discussion on the mater.

Context : Hibi Eden moved a private Bill in Parliament to shift Kerala’s state capital from Thiruvananthapuram to Kochi. The Kerala govt, that was asked for opinion, formally rejected the demand.
