Thiruvananthapuram : VD Satheesan’s demand for CBI investigation of Solar conspiracy would be but self-defamatory, said CPI(M) Central Committee member AK Balan. The public know who led the conspiracy. I don’t think Oomen Chandy’s family would be ready for investigations, said AK Balan.
The CBI report on conspiracy does not mention CPI(M) anywhere. Chandy Oomen knows the matter well, the reason why he does not ask for investigation, AK Balan told reporters.
Complaints that Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan and KC Joseph filed against one anotherin connection with Solar, should be released. VD Satheesan said Oomen Chandy’s personal staff Tenny Jopan was arrested with knowledge of the Opposition. The arrest ultimately led Oomen Chandy to be disenchanted with Congress leadership, said AK Balan.
