Thiruvananthapuram : The complainant alleging sexual exploitation in Solar scam said she will approach the court against report submitted by CBI in the case.
According to the said report, CBI submitted there was lack of evidence in all six allegations raised by the complainant. The allegations involved Congress leaders Hibi Eden, KC Venugoal, AP Anilkumar, Adoor Prakash, Oomen Chandy and BJP leader AP Abdullahkutty.
The CBI has clean-chitted others to save the now BJP leader AP Abdullahkutty; The CBI’s report stating there are no evidences is outrageous, the complainant said, adding that, she will approach court against the report and fight till justice is served.
The complainant stood by her claim of sexual exploitation and said she will approach the court against report submitted by CBI in the case, adding that, there is case pending in the court against those who currently do not have FIR registered against them.
