Thiruvananthapuram : In examining the review petition against diversion of Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund, the Lok Ayukta Single Bench came down heavily on the petitioner saying, some individuals set out to discredit judges. Lok Ayukta’s criticism came after noting RS Sasikumar’brag during news chat n television.
This person goes about saying the Chief Minister is pressuring us. If the petitioner came in personally, this could be clarified directly, the Bench said.
Some set out to berate judges. They pass comments like there can be no justice expected of Lok Ayukta. Does that mean there will be no justice when the 3-judges Bench takes the case, the judge asked petitioner’s lawyer.
