Ranchi : Police in Jharkhand arrested BJP leader for extreme torture she inflicted on her housemaid. Arrested is : BJP leader Seema Pathre. The victim, Suni now 29, has been working as maid at Seema’s house for the past 10 years.
Over the decade, Seema would hit her with iron rods and spatulas numerous times and has knocked much of her teeth off, said Suni. Seema would starve her of food and water for days together, said Suni.
Ironically, it is Seema’s son, Ayush, that came to her rescue from the tragic existence. Together with a government employee friend, Ayush, arranged for Suni to escape and approach the police.
