Thrissur: The Supreme Court stayed cancellation of memberships at Adat Bank in Thrissur. The High Court Division Bench had earlier upheld the Administrator’s action of scrapping memberships.
The ruling came over petition challenging the High Court verdict.
Context : The Administrator who took charge of the Bank in 2020 had cancelled memberships of 4464 members enrolled by his predecessor.
