Thiruambadi : A teem was injured after being attacked by wild boar in Kozhikode’s Thiruambadi early this morning.
The victim, son of Mualappaly Sanoobh’s son, Adnan(12) was riding his bicycle when the animal showed up suddenly and started to attack after knocking him over. Adnan suffered tusk injuries to both his legs and is currently hospitalised in a private hospital.
Forest officials reached the scene a short while later and gunned down the boar.
