Kochi : Thrikkakara byelections, CPIM candidate Dr. Joe Joseph will file his nomination around 11 am Monday. The document shall be submitted to the Returning officee at the Kakkanad Collectorate. Accompanying Dr Joe Joseph would be : Thrikkakaa Mandalam Secretary, CPIM District Secretary and Ally leaders.
