Kalpetta : Big cat that strayed into human settlement captured in Meenangadi. The tiger landed in the cage set up by Forest officials of Kappamoodi estate on way to Edakkal cave.
The tiger has been doing rounds for a week now in the Ambalavayil panchayat in Meeenagandi. There forest officials believe there is another cat on prowl.
The tigers treks were carefully studied before positioning the cage. Search would have to be stretched to other locations too, the officials said.
