Thrissur : With forecasts for heavy rains to continue, Thrissur too has declared Thursday holiday for all educational institutions in the district, ranging from anganwadis to professional colleges. Residential schools will however have classes during the day. Also, exams will remain unaffected and held as per schedule.
Other districts with holiday for their school and colleges are Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha and, Idukki.
