Adimali : Two youths were killed close to Adimali colony bridge after the bike they were riding on and a tourist bus from opposite direction collided. The deceased have been identified as Erumeli native Kartik(20) and Thrissur native Arvind(20).
The accident took place early Friday morning 8 am when Kartik and Arvind were returning from a trip to Munnar. The group of 4 boys had travelled on two bikes. Soon as the vehicles crashed, the other pair of boys and locals rushed the victims to nearby private hospital in Erumbupalam, however they succumbed to their injuries. Police arrived at the hospital and shifted their bodies to Adimali Taluk hospital. Kartik was staffed at a coffee shop in Kakkanad while Arvind was a student.
