Imphal : With Assembly elections drawing close BJP raked up politics of defection once again, this time drawing two Congress MLAs into its camp.
Ditching Congress for BJP are - MLAs Rajkumar Imo Singah and Yamthong Haokip. The new entrants were welcomed by Union Minister Srbanand Sonoval and BJP leader Sampath Patra at a low key event.
Manipur is due for elections in two month’s time.
