Kalpeta : Two youths were nabbed in Muthanga for possession of highly damning synthetic drug MDMA. The culprits were identified as Thamarassery native from Kanoth Ayoth Veedu, Shafir(30) and Thijamu(36)from Kathapoyil Aothramal Veedu. Police seized 69 gm MDMA from the duo.
The men landed in police net Friday morning during vehicle inspections carried out at Muthanga checkpost. Their car too has been confiscated. The inspection team was kead by Excise Circle Inspector AR Nigis, Inspector A Prajith abd UVOI K.V. Shajimon
