Pathanamthitta : V Vaseef has been elected as DYFI State President and CK Sanoj as State Secretary. SR Arun is the new treasurer.
Sanoj ascended to the post as State Secretary after AA Rahim left to become DYFI All India President in December. Sanoj is currently member of DYFI State Committee. 37-year-old Sanoj has served as DYFI’s Kannur District Secretary and SFI State Vice President earlier and has also been CPI(M) Kannur District Committee member, Volleyball Association Kannur President, State Yuvajana Welfare Board member. Sanoj is son of MK Padmanaban and VK Sulochana from Kannur’s Neetaparamb Padmashri. He graduated in Malayalam literature. Wife : Jesna Jaaraj(Reporter, Deshabhimani, Kannur). Son : Ethan San Jose.
Vaseef is son of retired accounts officer from Education department, Veeran Kutty and Waheeda. E has served as CPI(M) Kohikode District Committee member and was president of Kodiyathoor Service Co-op Bank.Wife : Dr. Arshida doing MD in Thiruvananthapuram Homeo Medical College.
