Kochi : Bodies of students who died tragically in the tourist bus accident arrived at Vettikal Mar Baselios School in Mulanthuruthi. The deceased are : school teacher Vishnu VK and students Eldo Jose, Diya Rajesh, Anjana Ajith, Christ Winterbon and Ummanuvel CS.
The Accident : The tourist bus carrying school children on excursion, rammed into a KSRTC bus in Vdakkencherry in the early hours of Thursday. The deceased students belong to Baselios Vidyaniketan School in Kochi’s Mulanthuruthy.
The bus had on board 42 students, five teachers and bus crew. The dead include 5 students, 3 KSRTC passengers and one teacher. KSRTC bus had 49 passengers at the time. According to initial reports, the tourister crashed into KSRTC bus while attempting to overtake a car.
