Thiruvananthapuram: Taking covid conditions in account, the state government will distribute Vishu/Easter kits in the month of April. The festive kit is part of free ration kits being distributed each month since lockdown of last year. Cardholders in all categories will get these kits.
Vishu, Easter kit will contain: Sugar - 1 kg brown chick peas 500 gm, black gram(uzhunu) 500 gm, pigeon peas(tuvara) 250 gm, coconut oil ½ litre, chilli powder 100 gm, wheat flour(atta) 1 kg, coriander powder 100 gm, turmeric powder 100, soap - 2, cooking oil, salt 1 kg, mustard 100 gm.
