Thiruvananthapuram : Police in Kovalam slapped MLA Eldose Kunnapilli with non-bailable charges in connection with abduction and molestation of the woman who lodged police complaint and testified to court in the regard.
Charges include abduction and assaulting of woman, and outraging woman’s modesty, The case is being handed over to district Crime Branch.
Meanwhile, police said the victim has not finished with her statement of the events in the case.
