Varkala : Police in Ayroor arrested Youth Congress worker who molested a 6-year-old girl at her house. The accused Prince(30) aka Vava is office bearer at Kayalpuram Unit in Elamamon, residing at Kallil Thodiyil Veedu in Kayalpuram.
The child’s parents one day left for shopping, leaving the child in Prince’s care. The alleged molestation came to light after the child repeatedly said “I am scared of this uncle”. Following this, the family and relatives lodged complaint with the police.
Prince has been remanded into custody by the court.
