NEW DELHI: : The farmers’ protest against central government’s farm laws has just intensified with a procession of 2500 tractors inching toward Delhi. All India Kissan Sabha General Secretary ,Hanan Mollah, flagged off the rally at 11 am Thursday morning. Also set in motion is, the rehearsal parade parallel to the Republic Day tradition.
Roughly 2000 tractors from Delhi’s border of Singhu, Tikri and Ghazipur, and about 500 tractors from Rajasthan and Haryana are participating in the rally. Police began their maneuvers early on to stop the tractor rally from entering Delhi. For, this they have positioned barricades through out the highway to capital city.
