Jyoti Basu Nagar(Howrah) : Jyoti Basu Nagar(Howrah) : A. Vijayaraghavan was elected President of All India Agricultural Workers Union AIAWA) and B Venkat as its General Secretary at the 10th National Conference held in Jyoti Basu Nagar, Howrah.
MV Govindan and K Komala Kumari from Kerala were elected as Vice Presidents while V Shivdasan and N Chandran were elected as Joint Secretaries.
The 55-member General Council has 30 members from Kerala and 61-member Working Committee has 10 from State.
