Patna: CPI(M) candidates have so far maintained wide margin in their lead in three of the total four seats contested by the party in Bihar Assembly elections. With counting still underway, the Left is leading in 19 constituencies currently.
In Manchi, CPI(M) candidate Dr. Satyendra Yadav is leading with over ten thousand votes. In Bibhutipur, Ajay Kumar is leading with 10,000 votes while Rajendra Prasad Singh has a lead of 5000 votes in Mathihana. In Pipra, Raja Mangal Singh was pushed to second position by a small margin.
