New Delhi : The Uttar Pradesh police registered case against Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin over his remarks on Sanatana Dharma. Also booked in relation to the case is Priyank Kharge - son of Karnataka Minister and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. Both have been charged with hurting religious sentiments and inciting communal passions.
In his speech Udhayanidhi had said “Santana Dharma raised by the BJP is a contagious disease like Malaria and Dengue”, adding that it must be eradicated. Priyank came out with comments in support of that remark.
