NEW DELHI : In a sharp hike, the cost of non-subsidised LPG has been raised by Rs 146 per cylinder. With this, the price for cooking gas climbs to Rs 850.50 per 14.2 kg domestic cylinder.
The price for commercial connections had been already raised last month. One cylinder in that category now costs Rs 1407.
Rates for cooking gas are revised on 1st and 15 of each month. According to reports, the Feb early-on revisal was put off owing to Delhi elections. The present ultra-steep hike comes after just one after declaration of poll results.
