Lucknow : A girl on way to school was abducted and gangraped by her father’s friends in Uttar Pradesh. The incident took place in Hapur district of U.P. where the gang accosted the auto in which the girl traveled and took her forcibly on a bike and reached Oyo Hotel, where the men raped her.
The gang recorded the brutal acts on tape and threatened to viral it if she told anyone. The girl said she tried to fight back however, one of them then choked her by strangling.
The girl returned home and informed parents of what happened and the family lodged a complaint. An FIR has been registered for gangrape against the accused under POCSO and also includes charges of attempted murder. The girl was subject to medical examination.
