Yechury to Lead; 22nd Party Congress Elects 95 Member CC, 17 Member PB

Mohd. Amin Nagar > Sitaram Yechury was once again elected to lead CPI M, the revolutionary vanguard of the working class in India. The 22nd Congress of the CPI M, held in Hyderabad unanimously elected a 95 member Central Committee which in its first meeting, elected a 17 member Polit Bureau. The first meeting of the newly elected CC also re-elected Sitaram Yechury for his second term as General Secretary of the CPI M.
