Italian football icon Paolo Rossi passes away aged 64. The death comes just two weeks after Argentina football legend and former Napoli star Diego Maradona died aged 60.
Ross is best known for leading Italy to World Cup glory in 1982 scoring six goals in the tournament, including a hat-trick against Brazil.
Rossi is considered one of the greatest Italian footballers of all time. He scored 20 goals in 48 appearnces for Azzurri.
During his four years at Juventus, Rossi won two Serie A title, the European Cup and Coppa Italia. Retiring from soccer, Rossi worked as a pundit for RAI.
