Paris : After scripting memorable moment for India by winning bronze medal in 10 m air pistol, Manu Baker - the first Indian female shooter to win Olympic medal - narrowly missed out on the historic 3rd medal in the 25 m air pistol women event on Saturday in Paris.
Manu lost o Hungarian bronze medallist Veronika Major. Jin Yag of South Korea won gold, Camilie Jedrzejewski of France secured the sivler while Hungary’s Veronika Major finished in third place.
Prior in Paris, Manu won bronze in women’s individual 10 m Air pistol even and alongwith Srabjot Singh 10 m pistol mixed team category.
