Ukraine’s Drone Attack On Russian Airport Sets 4 Planes On Fire

Moscow : Ukraine launched drones   early Wednesday morning on six targets in Russia, including its airport in the western city of Pskov where the attack set four military planes on fire. Defence Ministry in Moscow said Wednesday morning this was the biggest drone attack on Russian since war with Ukraine, adding that drones were also shot drones in regions of Orlov, Byansk, Ryazan, Kshiga and Moscow region surrounding the capital.

According to preliminary reports, there have been no casualties. Pskov airport is located over 600 km from Ukraine, close to the border with Estonia.

Ukraine meanwhile has not claimed it carried out the attack, although President Volodymyr Zelensky earlier said that attacks on Russian territory are ‘inevitable”.
